Campaigns
A campaign is a one-time email send to a contact list or segment. Each campaign uses a template and tracks delivery metrics (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes).Campaign vs Flow
- Campaign — manual, one-time send to a list. Good for newsletters, announcements, promotions.
- Flow — automated, event-triggered sequence. Good for welcome series, onboarding, re-engagement.
